Specs:
Type: Eye Paralel / Clevis & Tongue
Impulse voltage resistance: min. 75 kV
Voltage resistance in wet conditions: min. 24 kV ( 1 minute)
Resistance to electro-mechanical failing load: min. 7500 kgf
Oil immersed destructive: min. 120 kV
Tensile strange resistance: min. 2500kgf (1 minute)
Material must withstand immerion in 3 cycles of hot and cold water with a temperature difference of 90 deg C, each 15 minutes immersion.
Porcelain should not be porous which can caouse fluid seep.
Amount of zinc coating shall not be less than 50 mg/cm2 measured by the method of antimony chloride.
Uniformity should be maintained after 4 tests copper sulfate.
Insulators are not experiencing stress disolder at 55 kV and frequency 50 Hz.
