Orient Power porcelain line post Insulators, manufactures a complete line of wet process porcelain line post insulator 20kV for application through 20 kV. All line post insulators 20KV are solid core wet process porcelain and are manufactured and tested in conformance with ANSI Standard C29.7.

Line post insulators 20KV are presented here divided into four separate groups-tie top designs, and clamp top designs of vertical, horizontal stud mount and horizontal gain base application.
All porcelain line post insulator hardware (clamp yokes and bases) is ferrous.

Standard color for porcelain line post insulator 20KV is sky gray, with chocolate available upon request. Catalog numbers do not include mounting studs or conductor clamps. These may be ordered separately.

Tie Top Porcelain Line Post Insulator 20KV
Neck designations refer to those specified in ANSI C29.7 and ensure compatibility with pre formed style wrap lock ties. Mounting holes are 3/4 NC tapped.

Vertical Clamp Top Line Post Insulator 20KV
All units are manufactured from high strength alumina porcelain and are smaller in diameter, lighter in weight and more resistant to impact damage than insulators manufactured from standard strength silica porcelain.
