Open Overhead Line Fittings:
Cradle suspension clamp
Pistol grip strain clamps: All malleable cast iron clamps are hot dip galvanized
CAB – 100: Aluminium alloy deadend thimble clevis; Used to connect conductor to insulator using wire formed deadend; Breaking load 70kN.

PG Clamps and Line Taps:
Al/Cu P.G. clamps type NB: For corrosive environments, Pressure welded copper inserts into the clamp’s body.
P.G clamps type EBM: For Al/Cu connections the P.G clamp is cadmium plated. Add T at the end of the Cat N° if you want a Bi-metal PG clamp.

Clevis ball adaptors: Forged steel, Hot dip galvanized, Other sizes available on request.

Pigtail bolts: Hot dip galvanized. Other sizes available on request.
D - shackle straight pin type: Drop forged D shackle with 18mm opening. 70kN rating / 120kN.
Twisted cross-arm link-EBM 3043: 45 x 6 x 215mm twisted strap to connect a clevis insulator to a cross-arm.
Stay strap EBM 3032: Used at the top of a pole to attach stay wire onto the pole with a guy grip dead end.
Wire rope thimble EBM 3026: Fits into staystrap or stayrod to take wire formed dead end.
Threaded rod assembly
Insulator pole top l bracket: Supports an insulator at the top of a pole. Hot dip galvanized.
Bracing straps: Available in three ESKOM sizes. Other sizes can be made to order.
Eye nuts: Hot dip galvanized. Available in M12, M16 and M20.
Crosby clamp: Hot dip galvanized. Available in 10mm, 12mm and 16mm.
Socket tongue adaptors: Malleable cast iron. Hot dip galvanized. Other sizes available on request.
Socket clevis adaptors: Malleable cast iron. Hot dip galvanized. Other sizes available on request.

Transformers Platforms and Strut Pole Brackets:
Strut pole brackets: Eskom type Strut Pole Bracket Heavy duty. Pole must be drilled to fit bracket. Used mostly on high voltage lines with long spans.
Transformer platform: Supplied complete with all the nuts and bolts. Standard pole spacing 1.68m between pole centres. Different pole spacing can be made to order. Suitable for transformers up to 250kVA. Weight of platform 61.5kg.

Automatic Line Splices and Dead Ends:
Fastest method of making a full tension joint or dead end termination.
No tools required.
Installation simple and easy.
